I recently visited Cabaret Tehran and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite being excited for the evening, as it was a special event with the singer Martik, the service and treatment we received were utterly unacceptable.
We were a party of 17, including 16 adults and a two-year-old child. We didn’t reserve for the child because we planned to share our food with him and didn’t want to pay the $125 admission fee for a toddler which is never expected in other places. However, upon arrival, the staff rudely told us that we should have booked for 17. We explained that the child would sit on our lap, but they still relocated us from our reserved spot to the back of the restaurant without our consent, saying things that didn’t make sense in an aggressive manner. It felt like they were making excuses to move us from a good spot, possibly to accommodate other guests.
The staff’s behavior was incredibly aggressive and unprofessional. When we asked simple questions, they responded defensively and with visible frustration. For instance, when we inquired about the Wi-Fi password, the waiter rudely brushed us off, saying “not now” in a hurried and unfriendly manner. Additionally, when my husband kindly asked the server if she could kindly refill his Coke, the server snapped back, “Don’t say all these unnecessary words, I don’t have time. Just say Coke refill.” They should hire at least 5-6 more servers… they had total of 6 servers to cover 150+ guests…
The food quality was average at best, which did little to improve our overall experience. Not to mention that it took them almost 1 hour to bring our dinner… The entire evening was chaotic and disorganized. The rude and hurried demeanor of the staff made us feel unwelcome and undervalued. To be fair, I enjoyed listening to Martin singing…however, in the future, if I even have a free gift card to this restaurant, I would rather stay home, eat an In-N-Out burger, and watch TV than going to that crazy place. We could have paid half this price and enjoyed quality food and great customer service at Raffi’s Place.
I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience, as their customer service was...
Read moreWe went to Satar for anniversary on April 8th and had a very bad experience with the staff and also the singer We both loved satar before but that night completely changed our view He showed up very late and sounded like he wasn’t in a good mood at all!!no welcoming to the people and also he looked so High He was almost sleeping in middle of the stage.we spent around $1400 for 4 people which was a big waist on this singer
We looked at the menu order a bottle of a best tequila for $400.00 the waiter goes and come back with something cheaper because they did not have the one on menu! We ordered the second bottle few hours later and then she comes back with some other drink bottle and says sorry we don’t have the same one For the second time
They bring the bill and think people are Dum and trying to charge $400 per bottle for a $30.00 bottle they were trying to sell you instead of the 1942 Don Julio
I’m sorry for this place had a very good reputation in the past but it’s going to destroy the name very soon
I hope Mr Ahmad Masoud knows about these staff and issues that the singer have and read these reviews!!
I won’t recommend this place to anyone and won’t try this place not anymore!!

Read moreI wish I could rate for 0 stars. We went there from UT with our service dog because of our disability. We talked to them on the phone that we have a service dog with us ( however we don't need to ) they said that's ok. We went there and the security at the door who was super uneducated said we can't enter because of the dog. We explained he is a service dog and he answered: SERVICE DOG IS ONLY FOR BLIND PEOPLE! then I wanted to talk to the manager, he came and surprisingly he was even more uneducated! He said California has a different law about animals! He didn't know it's a federal law! And he said he doesn't know what service dog is! They ruined our night! They could simply Google it! And to see if we legally allowed to enter or not! But they didn't. I promise when they are reading this review, they will not still willing to search for it. I have reported them to ADA ( american with disabilities act government organization) here is the case number: 541762-LZJ Please level up your education! I will not pass it, I will continue working on this open case, and will talk to a lawyer. I really want to educate them and give them a...
