I was driving by Ventura Blvd after work and saw the grand opening sign. So I was skeptical at first since it is a new nail shop but decided to give it try anyway. However I had a very great experience in there. The shop is very nice, clean and big. I got help right away and OMG the gel color selections are countless!!! It took me a while to pick out my colors because there are so much, but the lady who was helping me did not rush me and she was patient and even helped me out to find the color that I wanted. The quality of their work on my nails was exactly how I wanted. I am very satisfied with the result and will definitely be back! I’ve been coming here for a couple years now. Usually it’s quick and easy in and out and everything is fine. My nails in these photos are 1 day old. I went in yesterday and it was a new nail tech I don’t typically see. She seemed very tired and in the end, I see a ton of cuticle, uneven gel polish, and over all doesn’t look freshly done. I called today to notify since I do t usually have this issue. I was told just told that they’ll fix color & it’s actually $10 MORE for cuticle removal with dip powder which I was never told hand have gotten dip now for many sessions. So I’d have to go back and pay more and get a gel polish fix… I’m just disappointed when you go to the same place ever couple of weeks and this is the results...

Me and my friend went to go get our nails done this Sunday. She got acrylics and usually acrylics last three weeks, some even longer. These acrylics havent lasted me the week. Within the first day, a nail snapped off, the next day another one. Keep in mind that she didn't do anything to put the nails under duress or force. I called but the lady hung up on me within the first minute of the call. I asked about a refund for the nails but I wasn't given a response.
