El Cafetalito Restaurant — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The food is good however; the service suck in every for of the word. I have been there twice and both times its been the same thing what ever I order is not available ..it takes about 15 min to get my drink order 20 min to get some plain chips and salsa that come from a bag and lets not talk about waiting on the food. I have notice that they only have one waitress and she is so stretched out she doesn't know how to provide good service. Once again I will state that the food is good..but I wish it was...

First and last. The day was cold and i wanted a good beef soup so by accident i end up here. The place looked ok not good it looked ok so i order the soup and it took about 35 minutes to arrive.....when i tasted it oh man it was like drinking hot water and eating wet cardboard the soup had no flavor the vegetables in the soup they where raw and hard. Not a good experience for first timers. So if you can stay away from this place. Ps....super...

Parked in plaza, some shady guy told me I had to give him$6 for parking for valet, when there is parking in front of the place. Trying to take advantage of people they have plenty of parking for all other business. Sounds like greed.. the food took so long. The drinks were not cold.. the pupsas were terrible. The music was ok. The service was not good, took 30 min just to try to pay.. not a great experience.. don't...
