El Pulgarcito Corp — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place used to be good now its horrible waitress are rude and the pupusas where uncoock and wrong. And when ask to speak with manager the waitress said she didn’t know where he was she got a nasty attitude and try to get in a verbal fight with my mom and said that my mom was disrespecting her only because my mom told her that the food was not good this time I will never comeback to this place again and will make sure that all the people that I know to not to come and eat here besides the cook is different because you can tell just the way the food looks and one more thing the horchata is fake is not the morro anymore I hope this place get shut down because people don’t deserve to get treated bad with bad attitude waitress and very bad food. And if the owner still care for his business he should do something about it. Unfortuately had to give them 1 star and that is because the waitress was polite. To begin I think that the waitress' uniform is very in appropriate for a family restaurant. They take forever to bring you the food, also they give you a hand written check with just the total. I went in today for breakfast with two family members for breakfast and for three breakfast with coffees and atoles $79...... I could have gone to a better quality restaurant at...

I just left this place and noticed I was being overcharged. Their menu says horchata is $5.50 for a large. She told me since it is a take out its $7.00 for the horchata. You gotta be kidding me!!! On top of that before I relelized I had tipped $2.00. I called to speak to the manager and she said the manager wasn't there. I then told her what she did. She hanged up on me.
