Work culture: Bullying/Spanish speakers use derogative language to refer to English speakers. Men drunk at work will harass and touch women and women will not report because they are scared to be fired. Bullies will make sure you get fired because you do not comply with their style. Gate Gourmet's uses discriminatory and raciest hiring practices. The hiring candidates are pre selected and 95% Black and Hispanic. I was not hired despite having a superior education, qualifications and experience. The first tier hiring manager Michelle is a bigot. As I self identified as an Army Veteran, she sneered at me and physically pushed me. When the orientation of the facility was given, I noticed many were unhappy. Nobody was smiling. The worst place to work ! It’s Ran like a prison long hours very horrible supervision by management most employees there do not speak English and are in fear of there leads who take advantage of employees not knowing there rights ! I was fired the week of Christmas for profanity which is a joke because if you work there you know from manager to leads all speak with profanity and like pirates !
