I just finished placing a complaint with Ubercart. Their was a confusing with my order! which is understandable do to the fact that I'm using a second party for order and delivery (ubereats) apparently ubereats was offering a drink the restaurantndidn't have in stock. so the store manager, or cashier Jenny calls me over the phone and ask me about changes to my order.
When I say I have never felt more DISRESPECTED by restaurant staff before is an understatement.. This Jenny lady was rude, loud, and used bad language with me (bad words). When the drive arrived to pick up my order. She tells the driver that the food had been delivered, the driver being a decent being 📞 calls me from the restaurant and verifies with me that I didn't receive the order! Jenny the restaurant staff was so rude she starts screaming at me over the drivers phone (he can back me up). When the driver arrives to my house with the food, he was shaken and felt guilty for Jenny's behavior towards me over the phone, and mentioned that Jenny Even used bad words with him. I don't want anymore confrontation with staff at the restaurant, so I am left with no other choice then complain on the platform. People like jenny should not get away with this kind of behavior at a professional establishment, it is bad for business and in return will hurt the reputation of the establishment. Read more0 if I could. I placed an order directly from their website for delivery, and it didn’t arrive past estimated arrival time. I call and speak with female working 12pm 12/12/22 to ask about the order and she said there’s no driver that has picked it up.
I ask her to please cancel the order. She then says she doesn’t know how and that’s she’s not able to do it. I’m not sure why shes unable to cancel or give me any information as to how I can cancel but she asks me to cancel through the app. I repeat that I didn’t place through an app, I placed directly from their website. She sounded super confused and says they receive their orders from tablet. I told her to check the tablet to cancel but says she doesn’t know.
I ask for her name and she refuses, I ask for her manager and says he’s not there and then that she can’t give his name. She puts me on hold for a long time and hangs up. I call again and ask why I’m not being given any information or who to speak to. Then another female tells me she doesn’t have the info to help and that she has other customers on the line, drive thru etc. she says to call my bank.
Calling my bank is a last resort as banks usually request speak to business first. They need proper training with online orders. I didn’t get my food delivered, didn’t get my refund, and calling my bank to TRY to get refund on a pending yet...

When I arrived home I was missing the 8 pcs wings, should had checked before I left. I call, women picks up the phone, I let her know I didn't receive the wings and she knew that. She said, "you can come back and get them" I said, " can I go tomorrow ( A Wednesday) " she said, " yes you can come tomorrow to pick them up" I said " do I need my receipt" she said, " no I remember how you look like" I said " ok, thank you. I'll pick them up tomorrow. Bye". I couldn't pick them because I live far. I arrived to pick them up, but the cook said couldn't receive them because they cooked wings and they got cold and throw them away. 🤨 Who throws good food away?. So they weren't going to cook the wings or give me a refund. Also, the manager was talking about points, points for what? 🤔 Didn't bother to ask because the manager was trying to twist my words. The made focus was to receive the wings or a refund. Manger text to the women that answer the phone and she lied. 😒 I Wonder if they know that they have cameras inside.
