Pizza Loca — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Went in Mon., 9/15/2025 close to closing time. Cashier was a different girl who to my surprise, made me feel like I had to beg her for any extra sauces, even though my order was almost $30. She also refused me plastic bag. And I only got 7 breadsticks when I was supposed to get 8. I pointed it out and she started mumbling something about that's how they were cut by the guy. She then asked if I wanted them remade so I said yes..only to still receive the same seven breadsticks, just sliced differently. Only my third time here. First time the pizza and bread sticks were good. Second and third time the pizza, cheesy bites, and cheesy bread were all so bland and nasty I had to spit them out. Breadsticks were not as good as before either. The wings were good. And my last 2 trips they act like the EBT doesn't work and blame you by saying you are putting in the wrong pin #, etc. But it worked just fine my first time there and works just fine everywhere else. And I don't know if this was the same location or a different one, but a few days ago I didn't order because I called for PICK UP, but a male and a female kept insisting they have my phone number. I kept saying they didn't need it because I was picking up rather than having anything delivered but they wouldn't relent with their paranoid demands so I said forget...

I order the giant pizza, some wings, sodas, and dipping sauces. They took for ever to have my order ready about 40 minutes. When I asked them if my order was about ready I had to repeat the whole order again it was as if they had no idea what I was taking about. When I finally got my order I was already so angry that I just took it as I was putting everything is my car I notice I got no sauces which I paid for by the way. So went back and got it he asked to see my receipt again rudely; so I am walking back with the sauces and I realize they did not give me my sodas I go back and I let him know I didn't receive the sodas for which he says " are you sure? " I was so annoyed by then I said yes and had to show my receipt once again. I am only giving it a 2 stars because the food was fine; But the customer service is...

Do they deserve 3 stars ???? It took over 1 1/2 hours for my delivery. To be completely honest, I am pretty sure that they are understaff, running the store on a skeleton crew. I placed my order online and it was fast and easy. After 50 minutes of waiting for my delivery I called twice. I must say that I got good customer service. Well the young lady was not rude nor hang up on me. I was the one that was pretty upset. Delivery lady (in 60s I think) was rather disappointed that I was not the celebrity she expected to find. (Lol) The pizza was a warm and a bit on the dry side, but the chicken wings were great. Will I ever order again ??? Lets just say I will be giving them a second chance.
