Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The Habit let me say I'm happy we have one so close to home. Now that dining is somewhat open we can actually have a meal here. There is still no in door dining but outdoor dining. There is a staff member who comes outside and wipes down the tables and chairs. Once that is done they place a note taped on that table informing you that the table has been cleaned and santized. It is important that people read signs as a customer disregarded the signs and sat without sitting 6 feet. These days if say anything it will cause a scene.

The staff is super friendly, when ordering you will be given a pager that is also sanitized and handed to you in a napkin. !

The food is ever so fresh and...

First of all I want to say I love the Habit! One of my favorite places to eat! But this store has to get their s%#t together! They need ti be more organized! Apparently the pager wasn't working when they gave it to me so I was sitting outside for a little over 30 min and when I went inside to check on my order they put it down as to go when it was to eat there. So I went inside and one of the girls said did I go anywhere[did i leave] I said no and she's like your order has been sitting there for a while. When I say down to eat my food the whole sandwich was soggy I explained what happened and it seemed that the girl attending me got upset because I came to tell her...

I ordered a Santa Barbara Cobb, and I don't know what kind of salad they gave me. The salad has chunks of hamburger cheese in it. I ordered the large mango passion fruit iced tea, but they didn't have it. Instead, they sent me a pink lemonade. When I asked the driver if they didn't have that tea, I'd just like a sweet tea. I feel like i received someone else ordered pink lemonade and the salad with pieces of hamburger cheese in it. Sadly, this is my first time ordering from DoorDash. Worst service ever i have received from The Habit...
