Horrible service, I ordered a pb Nutella açaí bowl. I had to put extra bananas and Nutella myself and let it freeze for a while. I got it half melted barely any bananas, no other fruits. Service was also bad, I ordered 2 when there was no one there and other people came in and they were receiving their orders first. I had to remind them about my order and then they finally remembered. And gave me half melted bowls. Never coming to this location again. Which sucks because it’s the closest location to me but I will now have to make the extra drive somewhere else They also don’t seem to make the bowls fresh? I seen them have a stack of multiple done outside so I also don’t know why they took so long with mine. Also not sure if that is standard or health regulated ? This location is definitely subpar. They did not make my strawberry bowls fresh, they pulled out the frozen bowls from their fridge and just topped them. Um I just came here today it’s 12:25pm I order two açaí bowl and the guy that is there was making it without washing his hands and cutting the fruits without wearing gloves and I had to tell him why you not wearing gloves he going to say my hands are clean that don’t matter you still need to wear gloves .
