As I patiently waited in front of cash register, three Separate Team Members passed by, glanced at me and kept walking. One of them was a woman with short hair and a flannel, long sleeved shirt. After about a minute, she finally came over and asked me if I was going to order. She was very short, not courteous and seemingly lacked customer service skills. I stated I had some questions regarding the use of my 957 stars for merchandise. She quickly scanned the items and asked me to insert my Credit Card. I mentioned once again the use of my stars for merchandise and she was proceeding to redeem all of them.
She seemed to be in too much of a hurry. I stated there were no prices on the items I had on hand and not charge me yet...if she could SCAN the items and tell me first.
If I have 957 stars, you figure it's not my FIRST time ordering at Starbucks. She looked at me as if she was frustrated or annoyed and as if I was new.
By then, I WAS FRUSTRATED and ANNOYED!
I kindly said I would look again at the merchandise and see which items I would redeem for or purchase.
I'm sorry, but GOOD Customer Service skills ARE a MUST when dealing with...well.. CUSTOMERS.

   Read moreThe service is terrible. Orders are often wrong and wait is rediculous at peak hours. To make matters worse, when ordering online, many options are available but when you arrive to pick-up they will tell you they are sold out. 100% of the time ive ordered online i've had to change an item because it was sold out. Similarly, i have ordered a strawberry acai and mango dragonfruit refresher with no problem only to recieve a drink with no fruit in it, no liquid. Had i been told they didnt have fruit i wouldnt have ordered it which is frustrating. Ive also had the experience of trying to order a food item through the drive through only to be told it was sold out which is fine. The problem with this is that when i pulled forward i heard the car behind me order the exact same item and was NOT told it was sold out! For whatever reason i was'nt allowed to order this item but the person behind me could???? Ive never been rude to the workers nor have i ever tried to disrespect them so i dont understand what could bring them to do this. Overall i would stay FAR AWAY from this...
   Read moreIt just went from a 5 star to a 2 star. I Love to study here but in the last couple of visits kinda. Sucked. Restrooms are always dirty, they lack inventory very often, I mean by this time it can be foreseen how much they sell. And we'll stay up on the right inventory so they don't run out! They close early 9pm. This last one just hit the core they DON'T BREW SEASONED REGULAR COFFEE AFTER 10 AM WT? ITS A coffee place you sell coffee all day! So you only cater to sweet tooth people... I don't like milk or sugar in my coffee.so am stuck with same The Reg. Roast cup of joe. Service well most are nice, I guess by the time I arrive they are already tired. Their wait times have been quite long for other customers. Idk. Make a it bigger , hire more people. Good news for the owner: the demand is there ! Need to work on their system. O yeah and give us regulars. Regular Xmas coffee please!!!! Just trying to be helpful I love...
