Food: more or less as good as their more famous competitor two blocks down. They serve good butter here. They still serve butter here!!! Their competition stopped serving margarine with their bread so they get bonus points for 1. Still serving butter 2. Actually serving butter and not margarine Service: better than their competition, more attentive and without the attitude Wait time: that's not an issue in this place especially if you're hungry. I would come here more often now since the wait time at their competition is atrociously longer. None of that write your name, wait outside and we will call you 30m-1hr later Parking: they have about the same parking space number as the other place but theirs is not as tight. Atmosphere: same as the other place. Basic. Dishes to try: my go-to dishes are the lomo Saltado and the camaron Al Ajo.

Overall if you're craving for some good Peruvian food just come here to...

Absolutely loving eating at this establishment! I feel that it is very underrated. This place serves classic Peruvian dishes similar to Mario's but with a smaller dining area. The great thing about this is that their service is 100 times better compared to Mario's. They are very attentive. I.E. about 10 or so dining tables. The bathrooms fairly clean as well. At last let's talk about the food, lomo saltado here is top notch but we usually get beef so I'm not sure about the chicken. We've pretty much had most of their seafood items including ceviche and it has more flavor than Mario's imo. The Aji is to die for too, extremely good kick with tons of flavor. The only downside I can think of is the lack of parking space but the upside is there is typically no waiting to be...

Our whole experience there was not what we expected according to the so great comments about this place. The music in the restaurant was extremely loud. Two radios were being played at the same time which made the environment unpleasant and stressful. The food was extremely salty. Rice didn’t taste fresh but tasted super salty and greasy. We ordered two different saltados and the ratio between the proteins, french fries and tomatoes were unfair. Fries were overcooked. We didn’t taste the saltado flavor at all. The service was horrible with the oldest waitress. She took our plates while we were still eating and tried to kick us off the restaurant as soon as we were...

I've been craving Peruvian food for awhile. Four months after my trip to Peru I almost came to the realization that I would forever taste mediocre Peruvian food in West Hollywood, until I decided to try to this restaurant. Oh my oh my oh my, the food here is so delicious and authentic that it felt as if I was eating at a restaurant in Peru. I ordered "Lomo Saltado (staple Peruvian dish)" with "Arroz Chaufa (fried rice)" and to drink "Jugo de Maracuya (Passiom fruit juice". If you like authentic Peruvian food, this is the place to go. I wasn't impressed with the Maracuya Juice, they can improve it, but everything was perfect.

Located in a corner stripmall unit tucked away from the street. This comfortable Peruvian Restaurant is unassuming for the flavors they put out! Place was crowded for a Sunday lunch. The starting bread serving was fresh and tasty. The green salsa that they serve with it is flavorful and spicy. I had the Mar y Tierra (Saltado), Essentially Shrimp and Beef. I found it seasoned well and was very tasty. My wife had the Seafood and Beef Saltado. It was also tasty. I appreciated the server brought me another glass of water without my asking. Very attentive. Overall, a great experience. Now that we know, we will be back.
