Love the egg sandwiches. Best ones I’ve tried so far. Had to come back this morning as I drove about 15 minutes away from my sons school to treat him to a yummy breakfast didn’t realize the sandwich does have spicy mayo. I might have ordered it with no spicy mayo the first time I was here. He quickly refused to continue eating, his stomach has been sensitive lately after food poisoning. I had to turn back around so they can remake it and kindly they remade it for him without spicy mayo. I on the other hand love the egg sandwich with avocado with the spicy mayo it was super tasty. 🫶🏽
I am giving 2 starts not because I don’t love the drinks or the food they sell here I do. I came here and my total was $31.75 two sandwiches 1 drink.
I ordered a matcha with easy ice and it was half full lol never in a million coffee shops have I seen this. I asked if this was normal and they said “we have a specific measurement for every drink doesn’t matter if you order easy ice the measurement won’t change.”
I understand quality is everything for this coffee shop. The issue is I have been up since 4am went to the gym and now dropping off my son to school. I’m just starting my day and don’t drink coffee because of the acidity. It’s been a long week, matcha is what I need for a little extra boost to continue my day which won’t be over until 10-11pm.
I didn’t drive 30 minutes both ways combined to this coffee shop for a CUP OF ICE. lol I prefer you charge me $8.50 even $10 for a full cup of matcha with a slash of oat milk vs a cup full of ice. 🤷🏽♀️ I say this with so much love and respect for my time, my money, and my energy. They did fill the HALF FULL 10oz cup with more oat milk. So I’m guessing the matcha I got was 1/4 of a 10 oz cup or less 🤯🤣 like the gentleman said it was diluted. I was drinking oat milk with a Splash of matcha I was indeed warned so it’s okay.
I mentioned to them another coffee shop I love who has very good quality matcha and also uses the same oat milk they added on mine. Bloom only offers 10oz drinks. At Franks on Beverly they offer 24oz easy ice and it’s not gone after three sips. Lol YOU KNOW. I love the egg sandwiches but doubt I’ll be returning because it’s just not sustainable.
The chef did want to give me a free Pastry which I refused because I’m trying to stay away from sweets. As well as not giving any of it to my son.
I’m sure the pastries are yummy as well. Again it isn’t that any of what they offer doesn’t taste as yummy as the pictures on the reviews, they indeed taste fabulous. But I can get something just as good and satisfying closer to my home and it feel like a true investment. 🫶🏽 coffee shops tend to have regulars for a reason you know. I can whole heartedly say I will not be a regular at this...
Read moreIn all honesty, the best everything I've ever had in the US. From service to attitude to hygiene to quality, they do not miss. I was really struggling to find coffee that's as good as EU's here in the US and my co-workers and I are obsessed with Project Bloom. The team includes a mom managing the kitchen and group of apparent friends working in the front. They are all kind and respectful towards one another and the customers. They really pay attention to quality and it makes me very happy because there are so many overrated places in the area that over-charge so much for nothing. I love matcha and lavendar but I don't usually order it outside because of all the syrups and artificial flavoring/food colorings in them. Here they make the cream and lavender syrup themselves and whatever is packaged they make sure to get the best in the market. The place is dog friendly and has free parking. You could also shop for very cute plants and flowers here. They have plants they've propagated themselves which really helps if you're into plants because you could see which one you could propagate. I'd like to note that I have mainly purchased coffee from here for my team at work so almost every caffeinated drink on their menu has been tested by myself or someone I work with which has resulted in pure satisfaction each and every single time. I have not been paid or encouraged in anyway to write this review. It is my true opinion and they deserve all the business in the area because they're putting in...
Read moreProject Bloom Coffee is a hidden gem that absolutely lives up to its name everything here is blooming with beauty and flavor.
We stopped in and were instantly charmed by the dreamy mix of florist, plant shop, coffee haven, and cozy eatery all rolled into one. It feels like stepping into a greenhouse café designed for slow moments and good company.
The butterscotch cold cream was a standout rich, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent. We also tried the Bloom Mocha and the Bloom Lavender Iced Coffee both were heavenly. The mocha had deep, velvety chocolate notes, while the lavender iced coffee was floral and refreshing, perfectly balanced.
Between the lush greenery, the warm service, and the unforgettable drinks, we were smitten. This is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to...
