It's Boba Time - Winnetka — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Okay. I'm not mad, I'm disappointed. A few weeks ago I had ordered two packs of 12 vanilla macrons through Postmates. The cookies were over $60. I was okay with paying that for them. My problem was I didn't get them. I received 2 packs of 6 vanilla cookies. Math isn't my strong suit but this doesn't seem to add up. I contacted Postmates customer service and was told I'd get my money back. The cookies I did get weren't that great either. I did eat all of them however, of course. Tonight, January 20th, a bit after 6:00 pm I ordered two açaí bowls and one pack of 12 vanilla macrons through Postmates. The bowls were exactly what I ordered down to the special instructions. Thankfully I caught the fact that my precious macrons that I paid $30 for, again, were not there, before the nice man delivering them left. He contacted Postmates support and I'll get my money back in 3-10 business days apparently. It's the second time in a row. Honestly it's probably best for my health that this happened, but I'm not looking to live a long time. I'd rather a good one.

Edit: I understand. It may not be your fault. This is an open investigation and everyone must be questioned. Did you pack the bowls and the macrons in the same bag tonight? Maybe the driver took them out before...

visited Boba Time recently and overall, it was a pretty good experience — though not perfect. I was really excited to try something new and ordered the Dubai Chocolate, which I’d heard amazing things about. When I finally got it, I have to say — it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet, with just the right balance of chocolate and that unique twist that made it stand out from a regular boba drink. It felt like a little luxury in a cup — smooth, cold, and super satisfying.

I want to like this place my girl Comes here almost everyday but the service they give is very unpleasant and no inviting or welcoming at all. I just went to grab a drink and as I walk to the register the cashier does not look at me but says "give me a minute" I waited for a little and was on my phone. She came back and I asked her and looked at the XL Thai iced tea with little boba. She got my size a L and added regular boba so when I went to grab my drink I let her know I wanted to XL that I originally asked for. She went to the back and got the ok for the 2 dollar difference for my XL and her attitude and most of them in there is just not it. I love the Thai tea but not worth dealing with all of that.
