Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have to say number one, I usually enjoy dining at Jack in the box in general, this location will be the exception. When I when I took my kiddos to eat, I found the price to seem a bit high and we chose to eat inside, we weren't given any napkins or even offered any. We ordered pancakes and hash browns also orange juice. The hash browns we're to hot to hold and also soggy with grease. We finished our meal and I started to leave and I went to the drive thru to order my wife a Southwest chicken salad with extra grilled chicken. Instead of getting grilled chicken, it was crispy and they didn't even add the extra chicken either. So now I'm feeling a little ticked since the cost seemed high and the service was incredibly low. WORST JACK IN THE BOX IN HISTORY! I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE! I am allergic to bacon and specifically tell them please make sure there is no bacon inside my meal because I am allergic. Sure enough im eating and couple pieces of bacon were in there I noticed as I was eating it. I had same problem with this same Jack In The Box last year regarding the same issue. The drive thru cashier did not understand how to take my order and enter it into the system. My fajita pita came with onions even though I requested only chicken and cheese. This was repeated back. The screen said plain. Having the cheese melted made picking the onions off impossible and rendering it inedible by my taste. By the time this was discovered I was late for my appointment and could not return to have it remedied.
