KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I did an online order tonight and was told that my order would be ready at 9:00 p.m. . When I pull up to the window they tell me that it's a 25-minute wait at 9:00 at night for a pot pie. So instead of being difficult I said okay I will wait. Can I have the rest of my food while I wait? The guy at the window told me no. Mind you I have already paid for my food and he won't give it to me until the pot pie is ready 25 minutes later. This is so unacceptable on so many levels. My food is paid for but you won't give it to me because you're too busy playing in KFC to cook the food when it's ordered. A manager or a supervisor needs to get back with me ASAP. Unfortunately this is what we go through as customers on the east side of Los Angeles. You have a young lady trying to pick up food at 9:00 at night and you want me to sit in your dangerous parking lot for 25 minutes more looking stupid. I will never come back to this KFC again. You can't even give me what I paid for until you finish making up for what you should have cooked earlier. So wrong. I don't understand why you treat your patrons this way and think it makes sense. I would have drove to Inglewood if I knew I would receive this...

Slow drive through 20-40 minutes depending if there's a line or where you order is broken and you have to order at the single window they have.

Edit: 3 star to 1 star. Just went today to get the new promotional 10 piece meal and the cashier told me they did not sell it. I said fine and ordered something else. Not only does the cashier not know their promotions, she was very rude and left us when we were ordering. We had to get her attention so she could take our order and she still had the nerve to say “yes can i help you?” with attitude. Horrible cashiers. And yes this location offers the 10 piece because they have a massive banner right on the window.

Update: I went to KFC again and I’m not surprised at the bad service i got again. I ordered mac and cheese with my order and didn’t receive it. I didn’t even get my receipt so I couldn’t do...

The last nigth order by Drive Tru, around 9.00 pm.. Tender Combo ( 5 pieces ) Large, double check ...in Window the cashier...has for me Small Soda, ask her about my large Combo...ignore my question and close the Windows...when comeback with me ...I have extra charge for 20. Cents for your Large Soda ...ok...I have my Large Soda ...take my box with my Combo...my Fríes small...and older , cold...No Ranch, no Napkin, two hot sauce ...two small hot sauce for five tender ...I told when I order in line I want ranch ...hot sauce ...understand because is busy , only 3 cars...but like 5 people inside...talking ...and talking ...cashier without education, rude, don't know what is Costumer Service...I pay for food ...was not free...not was a gift...bad ...and bad service never ..hope comeback that place...my job is with people every day and I know what...
