Absolutely HORRIBLE service and they were racist. I had a friend drop off my wallet and they were so rude to him and questioned why he was here and then got upset at me for having “visitors”. I left my wallet in my friends car and he was just bringing it back to me and that was how we both got treated. Then I noticed them spying on me through their office window. Every time I looked outside they were staring into the room, so I had to keep the blinds closed and not let any natural light in. Absolutely horrendous experience whose standard is not very high. The experience, room, customer service was more than subpar. Was it too much to ask for clean towels, clean sheets, a non-smoking room that doesn't smell like it has been doused in smoke? Yes, it was. What made it worse was the customer service. We arrived about 1 in the morning when we got here, there was a lady and 2 guys outside, you can tell something illegal was going on. When we brought it up to front desk, he said they were just "partying". There was in and out traffic all night, ppl stomping all night so we kept waking up. I called front desk to complain twice and nothing was done. This motel is similar to a trap house. Never again staying. If you want peace and quiet, look elsewhere.
