Worst experience ever. The location on Sherman Way and White Oak. They are easy to charge you for our order but did not give me everything I ordered. I get home and see food missing, that I already paid for. I call the number and they don't answer their phones. The girl was so distracted with her personal phone that she couldn't do her job correctly. Waited 30 minutes for my to go order. I had to drive back to fix my order and she said she didn't hear my whole order. Wouldn't you think that if she didn't hear or understand me that she would ask to confirm she got the correct in the first place. When I get back to the restaurant she said she never charged me for the pupusas. But in the receipt the total adds up to the pupusas. I asked her to add it up again without the pupusas and the total was different of course. So I went home without the pupusas I already had paid for. Thieves!!! Never going back there again and I'm making sure everyone hears this experience. I speak Spanish and if she did not understand me she could have spoken to me in Spanish and it would have been easier for her. Ugh. Terrible. Location on 17734 Sherman Way...

I purchased a carne asada burrito and if I could compare the flavor, if the flavor even existed in this world, I will have to say it tasted like savory Fabuloso. My daughter had two frijol y queso papusas to eat and she didn't even finish one (only two bites). She said it had no flavor...she even specified that it tasted like it had no sof and the bean and cheese inside tasted like a sugarless milk chocolate. I tried it to see what the flavor was, and she was absolutely right. I just want to remind you, my daughter and I were hungry because we didn't eat all day. Normally when you're hungry almost anything tastes delicious. This is one of those restaurants where it may not matter how hungry you are, and it may always taste horrible. I hope this helps in your next food adventures in...
Read moreI guess you get what you get. The tamales was soggy, it even had a potato in it. I never seen that before. The beans was salty and like soup. The rice was ok and the street taco was so greasy. Never going back! The service was good just the food no good. At this rate I'd rather go to El Torito or Acapulco the Americanized version. Or I could be missing NM style...
