Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

My wife and I stopped by this Starsbuck inside Target because she wanted to go to Target to get stuff. I personally avoid coming to this Target because it's not in a good area and mostly not clean. But since we were here, my wife wanted her iced coffee before leaving. There was only 1 customer ahead of us and they only have 1 person working there. So once someone order you'll have to wait for her to finish making the drink before taking your order. It didn't take long but if it was multiple drinks order then you might have to wait longer. Starbucks mobile pickup doesn't work here so keep that in mind. My wife got her iced coffee and she was happy with it. So the wait here will vary depending on how...

I went in yesterday with three other people who all got drinks in one order around 5pm. While I’m trying to place an order, the cashier is laughing and talking to another employee. I ask for a special request on my drink and she made the special request for a different cup, not mine. I waited longer for a cup and waited at the counter for someone to finish their task and attend me, finally an employee looks at me, looks down, then says “what” in a rude tone. I was taken aback and asked her about my drink and gives me the cup on the counter telling me that it’s my drink (although it has a different name on the cup) and says “well that’s your cup? She out the name wrong I guess whatever”....

All the Employees were nice. You get Target points, since this location is INSIDE the Target store.

4 employees behind the counter. There was only one person in front of me and it still took a while to make my drink. It was finally ready and it wasn't made correctly. The coffee was still good, I didn't say anything. They may have been in the middle of training new employees. I didn't want to make a big fuss and make them feel bad.

I do have to say though... When a customer spends $8 bucks on ONE cup of coffee... It should be made EXACTLY how it...
