Good morning Idk if you went to spain or where are you from, but honestly this is the strange thing paella I saw in my life. I'm from spain, Valencia, it's disrespectfull you say paella when you put chorizo and other strange mix in the Paella. You can't mix fish and meat, never, i never seen before. Hopefully you change the name and say Arroz with things o arroz con cosas. I hope you have a great day keep serving this food. Viva Valencia. The most similar thing from Spain it's de beer 1906 and honestly the tortilla looks good, better...

Very welcoming environment (the owner has a beautiful soul), authentic imported Spanish products, deli provides meats/cheeses with freshly baked baguettes and the perfect food pairings for the various beers and wines they have available. Today was my first experience there, but most certainly not the last... I'll be back Saturday...
