Patricia the manager- that is her name. I ordered a specialty pizza that was $16.99 and instead I got a one topping pizza. Ofcourse I find out after the kids touch it so returning it "untouched" was out of the question. She only offered a $5 credit, that doesn't even cover the price difference. I countered her offer to purchase an additional one topping pizza and insteaf get the specially pizza that I was cheated out of. She said sure but you pay for delivery. Unacceptable! She didn't even want to do that for us- the charge for delivery was less than the ridiculous credit she offered! She didn't even want to pick up the phone when I called! Instead I spoke to Brenda even though it wasn't Brenda's fault. Is the bar really set that low to qualify for manager in these places. If so it is really sad to know that common sense has been placed so so so so low in the scale of importance to be qualified. I wasn't even rude or abusive. The driver who delivered my food was not only not wearing a mask, with their hair down, but she was also not wearing gloves which was promised as a protocol . I've gone here multiple times and every time I walk in, even if it's empty and I'm the only one in there, it takes almost 5 minutes before someone attends me. Also if you have a coupon you received via email you need to print it out or else they will not accept it even with the code or email on your phone. Lastly because of that policy I had to drive home to print my coupon code come back to then be told it wasn't valid. Better customer service and attention to the problem at hand could have prevented my 15 minute carry out from turning into an hour waste of time and money.
