I ordered to pickup i needed to schedule but the system only let me do it at 9,45 pm when i arrived at 9,30pm they told me that they are close but in their web say that they close at 10pm that the oven it is turn off so i could get my order and then i said i need a refund but they told that i have to do it on the same system that i did the order but i couldn’t so i DONT have food and i DONT have my money back who’s going to help me with...

Una muy asquerosa experiencia!!! Decidimos con mi esposo, comprar el combo #4 dos pizzas, breadsticks, wings, soda. Las chicas q están allí un horror de servicio al cliente, una preparando la comida la otra toda sucia de mal humor súper informal. Y riéndose entre ellas ya q se hicieron q según nadie hablaba español y al pronunciarle lo q quería se reían quizá por mi acento. Pero eso no es todo la salsa que me dieron para los breadsticks estába podrída tenia Hongos me di cuenta hasta q llegue a mi casa, sabían lo q habían hecho ya q cuando mi esposo llegó y les dijo al darse la vuelta él ellas comenzaron. A burlarse de él a reírse no se disculparon al contrario me sentí trizte de ver lo q estaba sucediendo, la salsa la metieron en la bolsa juntos con las wings breadsticks y demás. Creo q deben de darles un asesoramiento no poner a cualquier persona frente a un negocio no recibí ni una disculpa por parte de ellas al contrario, fuimos blanco de burlas y risas. Great service and the guy who works there tall, can’t remember his name is amazing made the pizza just how I like it ordered the first one forgot to mention extra pepperoni he had another ready with no time with extra pepperoni 🍕.. we’re very addicted to place if I could 10 stars ⭐️ I would keep up the amazing service..
