I'm giving you no stars to this Pizza Hut hours. The new New Yorker pizza and believe it came with pepperoni oregano, car machine cheese and no seasonings and if I want to add anything else I'll pay the difference which I added pineapple and black olives. To my surprise I received a pizza only with pineapple and black olives and I was told that that's how I ordered it with no meat, but I paid $16.99. that's a $1.50 for each topping that I added but the meat was omitted. There is barely any cheese and when I called they said well you can't put anything extra on that pizza. It only comes with me so because I added extra things that I got no meat that I call corporate and they were like well we can't do anything for you now. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would, this particular location is horrible. So in short I placed an order at 6:20 pm by website and paid with my debit card. I called the store at 7:28pm to see why my order was taking longer than usual and was informed my order had just left the store at 7:20pm. At 8:15 since still hadn't arrived I contacted the store again only to be informed that they cancelled my order citing my was wrong. However that was a lie because the manager Lisette read my phone number back to me correctly, no one ever made the attempt to make the delivery, I know this because I sat in my living room with my door open and porch light on. I would say don't order for them because it doesn't matter whether your paying by cash or card there scary delivery drivers don't do their job. Read moreI ordered from here via online. I wasn’t able to add a request but I wanted to let them know I didn’t want the pizza cut. I don’t eat pizza precut, I just don’t trust it. I tried to call multiple times. Phone number is for customer service and they had to transfer me to the store twice. The store put me on hold immediately both times, one without even speaking. It was too late by the second call. The pizza was delivered by a door dash driver…the price was $31 I had only planned to tip $4/5 since I’m up the street. I couldn’t tip what I wanted because obviously a door dash driver doesn’t have change on them. Both of these inconveniences costs me satisfaction and money. I am very disappointed.
