Terrible Starbucks worst one I have ever been to. First time at this location. I ordered a split Grande milkshake for my toddlers every Starbucks I've ever been to has done this for me this lady hands me a cup and tells me I have to split it myself. They do not have any sleeves for their hot drinks. I ordered a venti frappe and the lady makes me a Grande instead then does not bother to read that I asked for caramel line the cup. My husband's vanilla chai tea was requested hot and it wasn't hot he says it doesn't even taste like a Starbucks chai tea and there was no foam creme on top. The employee today i came in at 4:50 am because i needed something to wake me up for work and i asked the guy for a caramel mocha frap and 1st he didnt give me a receipt. 2nd he made it hot and i told him i wanted it cold he then rudely told me you should have said that. And 3rd he pour it in cold ice. When i clearly said frap. Look i get it its 4 AM but we all got to work and this guy looks like he hates his job he was pretty big and had glasses on. Read moreCame now to this location as I have been doing for the last year. Ordered 2 coffees both large, and one came medium size. I explained that I ordered both large. Instead of apologizing and just get a bigger cup with more milk added. I was told go to the register and pay difference, so they will make a large size. Which i did. Then they did the large from scratch, the matcha of course all come poorly blended, and they tossed my previous drink. My only question. Does the person who write this SOP took into consideration drink waste and time waste, both employee and guest? I doubt. No more starbucks for me.
