Tacos Y Mariscos El Primo — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am 55 years old and in my life I’ve eaten at many Mexican restaurants and fast food Mexican places. And I must say that this place is the worst place I have ever eaten at. I ordered the Cilla Queles plate with steak. The beans were dry like clay, the chili Quiles were dry, the steak was like cardboard, the rice was flavorless, the egg was borderline burnt, and overall just yuck! My daughter had the hamburger combo. Her hamburger arrived completely soggy the bun was dripping in pickle juice. French fries were soggy and...

Cons... Rice was too soft and old. Pinto beans weren't very good. Tortilla shells were hard. Burrito tortilla was hard (old). No lights turned on inside the restaurant until we were just about leaving (about 1:30). Cold inside.

Pros... Friendly customer service. Brought the food out fast. Shrimp was tasty Bisteak was tasty (but very thin). Wet burrito meat...

Wilmington on the real! Local spot serving some on-point Mexican food, including my order of Cóctel de Camarónes y dos tacos de Asada.

Nicely decorated walls inside, as you would expect from a place like this, completing the beautiful aesthetics on Avalon Boulevard.

Highly recommended if you're in the area, as it's legit with friendly service...
