Wendy's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Full disclosure... I try to always give ratings based on what a place is. This is a Wendy's... so while that in itself should only be 2 stars... I am rating this location based off other Wendy's. In my limited experience here, I took great notice that the employees here do their best to make this the best a Wendy's can be.

I've only been in here twice (both times to get Frosties as a treat), but both times one thing (other than the deliciousness of the Frosty) stood out... the outstanding customer service one one particular employee... Justin.

The first time I went in and they were CLEARY under staffed, like someone had called out sick... but he really kept it together and made everyone in line understand that he knew there was a wait and couldn't have been more apologetic and attentive to everyone's needs. He gave each customer such seemingly genuine care that I think it made everyone else in line feel as though while we had to wait more than might be the norm... he was aware and doing the best job he could. Most times you aren't addressed in a line like that and you feel like you're forgotten about or that they don't realize you have to wait... but not with Justin. He was incredibly nice.

Then this week we got another Frosty treat, this time at the drive through. As I made my order I was greeted by an incredibly friendly voice. It made me feel comfortable and really did brighten up my day. Honestly. And sure enough, when I got to the window... there was Justin. Doing a great job, giving great customer service again.

This guy needs to get a raise. I hope someday he gets hired by someone to teach employees good customer service techniques. At the end of the day, he's an employee working at a Wendy's, but you wouldn't know it. You'd think he was the concierge at a 5 star hotel or a special assistant to a record executive or something. He takes his job seriously, and that really shows and has made my day better twice. That's why I have to give a...

I’ve been to many Wendy’s in my life and for sure this is the only one I would like to go. When I got there I placed my order just thinking I was going to eat and that all. Little did I know I would be biting a work of art. I did not notice until I was about to take my second bite. This location is across the street from my eye doctors office. Wasn’t my first choice. But being that I am a fat boy. I said “what the heck”. I kinda dreaded going here because they were going gourmet fancy purple onion. I am just not that into it. I’m sorry. Once I took a bite of the burger, my faith was restored immediately. I almost got up to shake the cook’s hand. The burger was well stacked, all the meats were put on top of each other with precision. Ok make it sound like well made instrument, but really my hat is off to the cook. It was a well made burger. The taste was spot on the cheese was well stacked. I enjoyed the burger from start to finish. The fries were well salted not too much salt. Just perfect. Cole had a good combination of seltzer and syrup. My experience was one of a kind. I got the pictures to prove it. I have to hand it to the cook. Look him many places have delicious burgers and they fall short from the finish line? You get a burger thinking it gonna look one way and you get a burger that looks like it’s been sat on? I'm So Disappointed In The Manager. Obviously Your Not Gonna Care About My Review If You Don't Care About Your Customers. I Came In Yesterday Through The Drive Through Asking What's The Difference With The Double Stack Today Cause Before It Was 4 For 4 And Now It's $5, Her Respond Didn't Even Make Sence To My Question, i Told Her So The Only difference Is The Price That's It? And She Rudely Ignored Me . She Got My Order Wrong and when i told her she began again with the attitude that that's what i ordered. -_-.. I Even Asked For Extra Ketchup When She Asked Me what kinda sauce i wanted and again she ignored me and didn't give me my extra ketchup i left withonly 2 peaces . this women is so rude how can you be a manger if it's so hard and difficult to give me what i ordered and when i would tellyou what you forgot you had a nasty attitude so i just left with out even asking for anything else.
