Hi,don't usually leave a bad review but the service was awful. I had placed an order through drive thru on 9/4/23 at 12:22 PM which was taken by an Aide. I ordered 2 medium meals for the 5 piece chicken strips, 1 spicy chicken medium combo, and a buttery jack medium combo.During my ordering Aide kept cutting me off and asking me to repeat myself, which I did several times. She especially asked me to repeat the chicken tender orders which I clarified a total of 3 times. When we got to the window she gave us 3 drinks and we notified her that we were missing one. She had already charged me for the order so when we told her that we were missing a drink she said in a rude manner that we didn't order 2 chicken tender orders despite the multiple times she asked for clarification on those 2 chicken tender combos. We asked her to charge us for the other chicken tender meal that had curly fries in place of the normal fries . She made us park despite there being no other customers in the drive thru.When the food was handed to my sister in law she checked the order and saw we were missing curly fries and all fries were medium.We asked Aide for the receipt for the 2nd order which she refused to give us and we wanted to verify that since she didn't put curly fries she didn't charge us for them.She then proceeded to say something in a low voice to one of her crew...
Read moreThis was not a bad experience, but could have been better. On entering the store, the restrooms were blocked off by a couple chairs (both restroom doors were propped open also) it appeared as if they were being serviced. There was nobody working on them. We waited for the lady at the counter to complete her transaction to ask a question about the restroom. She confirmed they were completed and removed the chairs. It was unfortunate to see the restroom had just been "serviced" but there was still trash on the floor and the toilet was dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful at the counterNormally, when placing orders for multiple people, it seems the orders are bagged separately, which is really nice for distributing within the car. Such was not the case at this site. Most of the order was placed in 2 bags for delivery. Ok, not a huge issue, I like the individually bagged orders... The odd thing I noticed, several the "new" specials were not offered. (Like the cheddar biscuit sandwiches) I realize each store is different, but it seemed odd the only visible special was the Snoop...
Read moreHi, I never usually post a complaint but if people are in the wrong and don’t see it, I find it disingenuous of them. My father ordered food after a long ride and we just wanted food. We ordered as normally but the croissants were missing. They didn’t say it with the words but u could tell they were accusing us of eating them. They did give us our order back but the way the staff behaved was not professional. They then proceed to get or order wrong again and burn my little brothers food and we just leave. Maybe they were having a bad day or something along those lines, mind you this is in the morning. I just don’t think that taking it out on customers is not right. The cashier and the person making the food were nice though. I do feel for them because of the fast food industry but why do this to people.
