KFC — Restaurant in Los Banos

We are senior citizens who have enjoyed KFC for many years. Today, 4/12/2015 we visited KFC; much to my chagrin, we drove in the drive thru and ordered as usual. There was a few minute wait as happens quite often, but tho an inconvenience that was not the real problem. When we got to the window to pay and ask for our normal senior discount, we were asked to pay full price. I asked why and the gal at the window said they were not doing that anymore because they got a new system and have not been able to figure out how to do it. She stated they have tried, but could not make it happen. I politely asked for the manager to figure it out. Another gal came to the window, I presume the manager and said we just do not give senior discounts any more. I left taking our business elsewhere for today. I want to know if it is true that KFC no longer cares to continue to give the seniors a discount and have the senior business. I am confident, even if others paid the first time, they will not return when we can go elsewhere to eat and always get the senior discount as we have...

First of all; This KFC has the Greases chicken I've ever had! And I am telling customers this has been a problem since I moved here in 2007! The next very big issue is the price! For 8 pieces of chicken? Who is actually willing to fork out approximately $30.00 ! This is outrageously overpriced and I can say, per pound, you might as well buy GOLD! I said the same thing about the price of bacon! Now.... I actually have the Colonels recipe! Yes I do! Because his drippy second wife had it printed on the back of his last Will and Testament! Yes she did! And a Reporter from the Chicago Tribune got a good look at it and he copied it! Because the Colonel never sod get a patent on his recipe. So I tried it. It is exactly as the Original flavor! To the exact taste! If anybody wants it? Its free! Hee hee! Oh yeah there are some tricks to making fried chicken. But you don't need a special fryer! Just make sure your chicken...

To KFC Los Banos location…. I visited your KFC location today with my boyfriend, and we were disappointed with the experience. We were initially looking to order the 3-piece meal for $16 and considered adding an extra side, but we were shocked to see that an additional side was $5—making our total around $21. We then noticed the $25 family meal, which included 10 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides, and 5 biscuits, and it seemed like a much better value. However, when we went to place the order, we were told that there wasn’t enough chicken for that meal and we’d have to wait 30–40 minutes. It was really frustrating that a prominently advertised meal wasn’t available during normal business hours, especially considering how much more we were being asked to spend for less food.
