So excited to have this place open in Los Banos! We went here for lunch during their soft opening and the food was DELICIOUS. They currently have appetizers, wings, pho, and rice bowls, but I believe a larger menu is coming soon (with extended hours) with the grand opening.
We parked easily, were served super quickly, and our food came out in just a few minutes. I had the spicy wings which were very flavorful (and not too spicy). The highlight of the meal though was the beef rice bowl. It came out steaming in a hot stone bowl full of fresh vegetables, steamed rice, and tender, thinly-sliced beef with an egg on top. The rice got a little crisp to it while sitting in the bowl which was perfect. The flavor was so fresh and super delicious.

Read moreNew Pho restaurant in town! We tried a few different dishes and everything came to our table hot in a timely manner, despite it being a busy afternoon.
We could tell the servers were new (forgot our drinks, forgot our appetizers, waited on others who came in after us, etc), but that's to be expected with a new establishment.
Despite encountering an issue with one of the meals, we will definitely be back due to the professional manner of the manager/owner and the way she resolved the issue.
