Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Gatos

2 stars simply because the coffee was good. The service was TERRIBLE. I was there at 12:30 on Labor Day. I couldn’t see the name of the employees but I was very disappointed in their service. I frequent other locations on a daily basis and have never had such bad service. There were three girls, one was cleaning and the other two who seemed on the young side had absolutely no urgency to get anything done in a timely manner. I placed a mobile order and waited close to 15 minutes for a cold brew which is already premade and a coffee Frappuccino that sat in the blender for five minutes before they finally got around to finishing it. There were two people sitting at the bar where they place finished drinks and they were clearly friends of the employees and they sat sprawled out on the bar making it impossible to get the drink without having to reach through them. They chatter with their friends while drink tickets piled up and drinks remained unfinished at the coffee stations. They didn’t make eye contact with me or acknowledge me at all and didn’t even call my name when my drinks were finally finished. Very disappointed in this experience and I will not...

I come here in the morning, line isn't usually too bad but the turn around for getting your coffee is. The two girls that make the coffee always look like they hate their job, they whisper the customers names when their coffee is ready, and they dont properly read how the drink is supposed to be made. One time I had to come back because my drink tasted like water, the girl did remake it but after she made three other drinks... on the other hand the girl with the green hair that works here is always super nice, friendly, and assures she makes a good impression. She deserves recognition. Thank you for slightly making up for your coworkers bad...

Tammy and Darlene make this Starbucks location absolutely outstanding! Every morning they greet me with genuine warmth, incredible energy, and the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. They’re consistent, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

As a parent, I also feel completely confident when my daughter stops by after school — I know she’ll be taken care of by people I can trust. That peace of mind means a lot.
