T4 Los Gatos — Restaurant in Los Gatos

Been here 2 or 3 times. Unfortunately the store was understaffed last time, and despite 2 very hard working people behind the counter, we put an order and had to wait 30 minutes for our single item to be ready. At least the people after us got a warning it would take “about 20 minutes”, but we didn’t, so we watched a parade of doordash drivers come in with their 12 items order.

My recommendation, if you see a few cups waiting to be made, or there’s more then 1 or 2 people in the store, is to ask them how long it should take.

Again, totally understanding of the hard working people on the store, but still a 30 minutes wait without any warning isn’t cool.

Great popcorn chicken and tea but the service is horrible. Kaitlyn is rude and obnoxious and I won't come back here again simply for that reason. I asked for her a straw and she rudely threw one at me saying, "I gave you one earlier but you didn't take it". I'm sorry? I didn't see it?

She also yelled at the old guy before me and was basically parenting him saying, "I asked you if you wanted boba earlier and you didn't say anything" Maybe he didn't hear it Kaitlyn? The guy was like 90. This isn't a daycare - please don't scold your paying customers...

Went here Feb 2nd around 11:30am. Got my usual mango green tea, I got it large, 30% sweet, with rainbow jelly. I will say it was a bit too sweet for me, I am going to try 0% sweet next time.

The worker was really nice and welcoming. The inside is clean and decorated with cool stencil art. The menu was clear to read and with a large variety of options. It is very easy to park here and...
