The date is 11/20 and I was at this location around 7:20. Let me start off by saying Arbys is probably my most favorite Fast Food restaurant ever. Greatest place to eat in my opinion. But unfortunately I was reminded why I have to drive 30 minutes out of the way just to enjoy it. It’s because of this Arbys location. Soon as I pull up the girl on the other side introduced herself as, “what can I get you?”..when I told her my order there was something wrong with everything I was ordering. Apparently they don’t do half pound cheddar/roast beef and plain half pound roast beef sandwiches anymore. ”It’s either a small or large”, she said… doesn’t matter cause I got SMALLS anyways when I paid for a large on both sandwiches. I asked if it was possible to get medium shakes for the kids meals and she replied, “is that it”. Pull up to the window and she asked if I needed any sauce I said extra Arbys sauce she literally huffed as if I caused such a disruption to her job because she had to get more than one sauce… she didn’t even get it a guy did I’m pretty sure. It’s always been something disastrous with this place since they opened. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Just not this location. It’s sad, disrespectful and unacceptable how the workers here have no appreciation for even having a job. If I could run this location myself I would clean house and bust my ass everyday if I had to just so I can be proud of my employees. Went through the drive thru, asked for a market fresh beef & Swiss sandwich, the drive thru employee ask me if I wanted the ranch & Swiss, I said “no, the market fresh sandwich with beef & Swiss. He told me to hold on a second, then came back across the intercom & ask if I wanted small medium or large. Completed the order, they gave it to me. I pulled away to look at the sandwich & it was still the Swiss & ranch. Specifically what I said I didn’t want. I took it inside and told the same drive thru employee that he still gave me the wrong thing. He went to another employee & they walked over to look at the menu and I said, it’s the marketfresh sandwich with beef instead of Turkey. They still didn’t understand so I told them just to give me a regular beef sandwich. When the other employee brought it to me he ask if I wanted sauce. I told him that I had ask for that in the drive thru too and didn’t get it. I explained to him that if they don’t know what a customer wants, ask, don’t just give them what you think they want, especially when I said I didn’t want the Swiss and ranch sandwich. Read moreEvery time I stop in here the service is super fast, I have just enough time to grab my drink, some dipping sauces, and napkins before my order is ready to grab! The associate taking my order at the counter is always super friendly, nice, and recommends different deals that may be a cheaper option for my order. I can appreciate the honesty and not trying to up sell. As example: I was going to order a fish sandwich meal and a double beef N cheddar, but she suggested i do the 2 for $6 deal for 2 regular sandwiches which actually saved a little over a dollar, this isn't a big deal, but the fact that they were even conscious of the opportunity for savings was very nice and honest. My orders have always been hot and fresh tasting. The seating area is decent, but looks like it could probably use more routine sweeping, and the ice machine is usually running low.
