McDonald's — Restaurant in Loudon

I decided to carry-out because I've had poor luck with drive-thrus in general when there are multiple people involved. I ordered a bacon,egg, and cheese mcgriddle meal, an order of (per the exact wording on the menu) "3 hotcakes and sausage", and two crispy chicken biscuits. It rang up to $29.xx. The person taking my order misunderstood and thought I wanted three orders of hotcakes and sausage. Understandable. She had to call the manager up to cancel two of them. Now it rang up to $21.xx. I figured there was still a problem but I stepped off to the side after paying because I didn't want to hold up the line that had formed behind me. Off to the side, I realized that the charge for two crispy chicken biscuits was $6. I ordered off the value menu and it clearly showed that they were $1/ea. I asked the girl who took my order and she said that they were $3/ea. I showed her the menu where it clearly showed they were $1. She called the manager up again and I could tell the frustration was building; this was the second time I've had her come up in three minutes. She said the biscuits were $3 and there was nothing she would do. I took a photo of the menu, accepted the $4 overcharge and lack of concern by the restaurant and left without saying anything else. I've studied the photo I took and don't understand how they could be any other price than $1. I never would have ordered them if I had known they were that much. There are much better options for the price.

I have no intention of ever returning to this restaurant. I understand things get misunderstood. I understand prices can get mixed up, particularly when there are specials involved. What gets me is how nobody cared and nothing was done, even when the menu clearly showed what the price of the...

This is seriously the worst McDonald's ever. Never go through the drive through because they NEVER get the order correct. I have gotten Big Mac's and gotten home with them and there is only 1 piece of meat on them. Do NOT order a DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER because it's a waste of your time, because the idiots cooking your food don't know what DOUBLE means and can't count to 2. If you get through the 20 minute line, and if you get your food, you need to take it out of the bag item by item, check it to make sure that it has all it's meat...seriously. I promise you if you don't you'll get home and something won't be in the bag!!! They never give you ketchup unless you beg for it. The fill a large fry up about half way, I mean if I'm paying a DOLLAR more for a large then I expect it to be LARGE!! Not a MEDIUM IN A LARGE PACKAGE!!! Same with your drink!!! You might as well not complain to a manager because they don't care, and if you do they will send you a coupon, and then the employees figure out that you have complained because you have a coupon and then they sabotage your next order... The prices are outrageous for the tiny little food you get as well, it's seriously not a good value at all. I have been to McDonald's in THIRD WORLD countries, and I tell you of all the ones I have been to, THIS ONE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

UPDATE, JAN 2 2019, And now to serve you better, none of the staff speaks a lick of English, if they have any Americans working here I didn't see them..Still order wrong, 23 min wait at the drive thru for my food.. My first and last visit in 2 years there.. I Wish I could give...

This has to be the absolutely worse McDonalds that I have ever gone to. I ordered a Happy Meal 6 piece Chicken McNuggets for a boy, told them milk to drink, barbecue sauce, and instead of extra fries because the fries that come with it are enough. They asked if I wanted extra fries, gogurt or apples. I told them gogurt. I get to the pick up window and they hand me a happy meal box that has a cheeseburger, gogurt and apples. I told them again what I ordered, the girl looks up and says oh. She then hands me a bag with the chicken McNuggets only. I asked where are the fries and she proceeded to tell me fries don’t come with a happy meal. I asked, since when? She looks at me and says this is only my 2nd day here. Then turns to another female and asks and she says no, fries are not with happy meals. I continued to argue, finally a young man comes and asks what’s wrong, the girl looks at him and says she’s claiming fries come with a happy meal. He looked at her and said they do. So, then they hand me another bag that has fries. I cannot fathom that any teen this day and time has never eaten a happy meal and wouldn’t know what’s included, even if you don’t have children!! Who the dickens is training the so called employees? Yes, they are young, but they aren’t even being taught what goes into what and apparently, there’s more so called trained employees that don’t have a clue. But, this isn’t the first time this Loudon McDonalds has messed up, but it’s definitely worse innthe evening...
