Great visit, good food.
On my last post I said I would never go to Burger King again, but I ended up going there, it has much improved since the last time I was there. They still have some problems, but they are minor and I know the reason why they have these problems, they don't have enough people working. The cashier was doing several different things ,for other orders while she was trying to collect my money and hand me my drinks. The food was of Royal quality. This part of the comment is for Burger King corporate you need to fix your app, it is inefficient, it doesn't let you order if you are driving and it doesn't have everything on its menu, for instance unsweet tea.
Less than 24 hous after my last review, I am back at this Burger King. When I left home I had no intention of coming here. I ordered at the speaker, so far things were great, after I paid for my order is when the trouble started. No receipt for my transaction and a missing item, I was alreay on te interstate when my son looked closly. I have had enough, I will NOT come back here.
Today, I had what started out as a bad experience, but the 'manager8k/supervisor/person in charge' turned it around. I ordered via the app, when I got to the restaurant I was told that they did not have the fish sandwich that I ordered. I was told that I needed to cancel my order and reorder it with something other than fish. I, of course, protested. To make a long story shorter, the above mentioned person, made it acceptable. Read moreThis BK location deserves zero stars! I walked in this morning after ordering through the app only to receive the worse customer service ever. The manager is the most unprofessional/uneducated human being I have ever interacted with. The manager used excessive profanity in front of the staff (outstanding role model), acted like she was going to jump over the counter to proof her authority & to make matters worse she refused to prepare my order. Not to mention she displayed this behavior in front of my son (minor). My receipts were slammed on the counter and I was instructed by her to deal with the app to try and get my refund. This type of person doesn’t deserve a position that requires interacting with customers much less management. Honestly, she is a liability to any business, she will eventually hurt a customer with that type of verbal/physical response. Customers don’t deserve this type of service, it’s sad that BK being such a large corporation condones this type of employee conduct. As a business owner I wouldn’t allow this behavior from anyone because businesses need customers to strive. I’m sure BK will pretend this never happened. They rather have mediocre employees to run the store than to put effort in employing quality employees. Read moreWe ordered two large croissant meals, two iced coffee’s, and an orange juice. Not only did the girl taking orders try to rush the order but she wouldn’t answer if she’d gotten that my husband’s croissant was with no cheese so I drove to the window to pay and verify the order. She snappily assured me that she’d gotten that his was with no cheese, handed the drinks out the window to us and had me pull forward to wait. There was no one in line in front of us, no one inside and no one behind us waiting for food. It took them 20 minutes to bring us two croissants and hash browns. They still got my husbands order wrong, it had cheese and no egg.
You almost always have to wait no matter what time of day it is and it’s rarely less than 5 minutes it’s usually 15-25 minutes. They skimp on the bacon or egg on croissants. Also they are always rude and rushing you even though they get in no hurry to get your food to you. I’ve drove up to see half the staff outside smoking while it’s busy and heard/seen them in there goofing off or yelling at one another instead of working. This place needs a serious change of staff and new management or need to deal with the staff...
