Burger King — Restaurant in Louisiana

I would leave 0 stars if i could. We stopped coming here awhile back due to them randomly being closed during the day but people eating inside and picking up in the drive thru. Food is either overcooked or under or cold. But THIS time was the final straw. We picked up our daughter from her first day of kindergarten and she wanted burger king. We pull up and start unloading the kids and the manager/employee comes running to the door to lock it. Theres a couple of people eating inside and another worker sitting by the window looking at us. My husband and i were pissed but loaded the kids back up with my daughter upset. A couple left and the manager came running to let them out and then started LAUGHING AT US when we were backing up. We went to McDonalds on Lapalco where they were busy but our food came out great and customer service...

One star for multiple visits over the course of a year. Rude staff, I can't order more than one item without them being ready to finalize the order, don't bother changing the dressing on your burger because they won't do it. I order online often, and one time they even acted like they didn't get the order I placed when I had the receipt in my email and showed them! Fries suck, bacon is awful. Just overall the worst Burger King I've ever had, by leaps and bounds. I've decided to drive the extra 5 miles away from home to go to Lapalco or Terry Parkway. This store...
