CASA MARIA MEXICAN GRILL - WATSON — Restaurant in Louisiana

1st off I was mad when I got delivery $78 worth and they 1st forgot my paid for Extra Tortillas, 2nd my wife found a hair in her shrimp (pic below) that was given to our Pitbulls!! Is there any real Mexicans in there? I spoke to 2 Caucasian's that is for sure, They had microwaved tortillas out of a damn plastic bag! Who even microwaves tortillas?? seriously?? NO real Mexican cook uses Corn or flour tortillas from plastic bags, Only wax paper, real corn tortillas, white people don't know the difference but we Mexicans sure do!!!!Then you can't add a tip on your card when the delivery guy gets to your house...when did that ever change? the Combo platter my wife ordered was all Burrito with barely anything inside of it, pic below also...most comments that are 5 stars are either Caucasian or Mex-Americans that don't know any better!! Lousy Manager! OH WAIT I ORDERED TACOS, REAL TACOS HAVE FRESH CILANTRO, FRESH ONIONS ON TOP, NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATOES, WHAT I GOT WAS SAUTEED ONIONS WITH BURNT SKIRT STEAK (carne asada) IN A MICROWAVED CORN TORTILLA....PLEASE PUT A NONENGLISH SPEAKING REAL MEXICAN STRAIGHT FROM THE BORDER IN YOUR KITCHEN TO TEACH YOU HOW REAL MEXICANS COOK...

Our experience last night was not a good one. It started with the 3 hostess at the door. They had a mask on but it was worn under their neck like a chin strap.. one hostess had her mask just hanging from one ear the whole time. To make it worse.. One of the hostesses had a terrible sounding cough. Not sure which one that cough came from but it was bad.. and not mask!! Matter of fact, just about every worker in there was wearing their mask the wrong way.. pulled under their chin. What was the purpose of even having it???!! The ONLY one wearing a mask correctly was our waitress!! There was also some bus boys and a male waiter that wore their mask correctly. The tables were crowded and very close. The waitress that was serving the table by us wore her mask up under her chin. She pranced all over that restaurant like that and was leaning all across people’s tables and in their faces like that. We really should have got up and left. It just all seemed ver unsanitary. Will...

Food was good, service was okay. My biggest issue was the male employee who wiped his nose with his entire hand (palm side to face) standing by the computers. Then another male employee stood by the computers picking stuff out his teeth. Pretty gross guys. There was also another male employee who was discussing his life with the tooth picking boy using foul language (I'm talking the f word people, multiple times). The server was sweet but took way too long to bring me my check and even longer to cash me out, considering how slow it was (another server actually cashed me out). Even if it wasn't more than 5 minutes, to a quest waiting it seems much longer. Its a good rule of thumb to not allow your employees to touch their faces in the dining room..and a sense of urgency is always appreciated no matter how busy you...
