Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

My drink was left out of my order not once, twice or even three times within months. By the 4th time I was pretty upset. When I asked for my drink the delivery driver did try to make amends. She offered to go to a store that is within walking distance of my house and purchase my drink there. After 20 minutes passed I called the store. I spoke to a manager by the name of Katlynn who told me that she personally saw the delivery driver load my drink so she was unsure of why that happened. As I was speaking she cut me off and placed me on hold. When she returned she told me the driver was on her way with the drink. Another 10 minutes go by and I'm livid. Once again, there is a store so close to my house that I can actually see it. 30 minutes passed and I got my drink. I could have walked to the store and back 4 times in that time frame and even asked Katlynn to just refund me my drink so I can just go get it myself. I was left with no resolve from an issue that occurs frequently. The manager was not apologetic and she seemed bothered that I dare ask for the item that I PAID for. As I stated this was not the first time but it is the first I've even bothered calling to complain. To receive such disregard speaks volumes. Lord Jesus, save yourself! This place needs some major help. The kind only God can give you. We have attempted to order from this location two times and each time our order was nowhere near what we asked for and it took two hours to get it. We were given three free pizzas due to the lack of satisfaction. When we ordered our free pizzas, that’s when the plane crashed. We ordered carry out over the phone so that we could be sure to get the free pizzas. We were told it would be ready in an hour. Upon retrieving our COLD pizzas, I noticed the order was completely wrong. This wasn’t anything new. When asked to remake it, I was told, “I don’t have time to argue with you or make anymore. We are backed up. What you have is what you’re going to get!” No one knew what they were doing. No one had respect for ANY of the customers. Do yourself a huge favor: do not order from this place. Always get my order wrong and poor customer service!! The first time I had a problem, they didn’t even add pepperonis to my pepperoni pizza with added veggies.. called and complained, was supposed to get a refund.. never did.. 2nd chance.. make another order. Paid for items I didn’t get such a ranch, garlic, etc. 3rd chance.. once again no garlic sauce even though I paid extra.. called them bc I’m literally tired of paying for stuff that I don’t receive and they just say sorry.. so at what point are yall sorry but I continue to get charged for y’all’s mistakes?
