The seating thing can really be a safety issue. Their parking lot is very close to their queuing area. That means that little kids running around waiting or enjoying their sno-ball area very close to cars pulling in or leaving. If there were a few picnic tables, then you can more easily plant them...

best snowballs on the westbank!! great service always the girls are so sweet and very quick although they always have a line! wide selection of flavors and they also have all sorts of ice cream creations like banana splits, a la modes, and sundaes! great spot with great people recommend it to everyone! i’ve seen the girls cleaning everytime i come it’s always spotless...

If I could this place a damn 0, I would! Yes I apologize for giving you the wrong flavor before you even made it the snowball, but the girls were rude and were talking under their breath enough for me to hear it. Then you straight up just gave me ice with no syrup at all while i was attending to my niece and nephew. Awful and disrespectful...
