Crust Pizza Co. - Moss Bluff — Restaurant in Louisiana

We have always LOVED Crust Pizza!! Before Crust Pizza came to Moss Bluff. We were regular customers to the Crust pizza in Lake Charles. We felt welcomed weather it be for just our family or anything to do with groups of friends and extended family. We never left without picking up and gathering our trash to make things easier on the waitress. We do the same at the location here in Moss Bluff. When we heard that Moss Bluff was getting a Crust Pizza. We all were so excited. At the beginning things were great! Closing is 9:00. If you are in there eating close to closing time. Make sure you get a refill if you need one. Coke machine is turned off at 9:00. Tonight I was totally shocked when my husband and I went to walk in we were meet at the door but a young man. It was 8:20 pm. He apologized but that they were closed due to Super Bowl Sunday. That they were only letting people in that was already in there. There were people sitting in the bar area that I saw for sure. I will even add this. As we were walking in a lady was passing through the parking lot. She rolled her window down and said Y’all are brave going in there this late. Y’all are going to get in trouble. Coming here 2'3 times a week and spending $100 everytime we come there is always a issue but we let it go. Today is different after having a $90 bill the kids spaghetti was ice cold and horrible, after everyone eating 30 minutes later i ask one of the guys about our appetizer and his response was what about it? Well sir we would like to get it well its cooking, a lil while later still no appetizer and we are ready to go so go ask for a refund and no manager there and they say they havent even started on the appetizer so they say there manager will be here in 5 minutes another 30 minutes go by and no mananger to give the refund so we ask them to take our number and have the manager call us.to get out refund...the guy is writing it down with a pen that dont workacting like he doi g something. The little new girl taking orders is the best nicest girl there the rest is garbage and so is the service will not give them another...

Tonight I called in a to-go order at 6:14p for 3 simple items, no modifications. What was supposed to be only 30 minutes turned into an hour with excuse after excuse. Food was literally falling out of the oven.. a manager said “don’t say 30 minutes, tell them 45 minutes.” Then not even 5 minutes later “make that an hour, actually no more to-go orders for the night!” I walked back to my car and called the restaurant because 3 TIMES they said “your food is coming.” The girl on the phone said it’s coming out now actually.. 10 minutes later I was handed a pizza and missing the two pastas. I asked where the rest of my order was and the girl said “oh there’s more? then I guess it isn’t ready yet.” How can a restaurant on a Friday night be so unprepared to handle a rush? This is only my second time to this restaurant and even when I came with family on an early Sunday afternoon, the staff still struggled and our food came...
