The restaurant was dirty. It looked as if the floors hadn't been vacuumed or swept in weeks. Food, napkins, straw paper all over the floors of the entire restaurant. Even the ladies room was unclean. We were there for around noon, which didn't seem late enough in the day for there to have been enough traffic to cause such a mess. It made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen, the part the customer doesn't see if they care so little about the part we do see.

I was told they lost their liquor license a couple of months ago so I couldn't even try one of their famous Bloody Marys that they advertise.

They were out of most of the items on the menu. Currently not serving lunch, although it's on the menu. Several customers left and went elsewhere because of it. Why not provide a limited menu with what is in inventory.

Service was mediocre. The waitress wore earbuds while serving us. Brought the checks as we were still eating our meals. She then returned to pick up the checks, but I had to ask her if she would please remove our plates in front of us first. The hostess looked as if she just rolled out of bed before going to work. Old beat up sneakers, yoga pants, and hair in disarray.

No complaints on the flavor of the food. Everyone was satisfied with the actual meal.

I brought family from out of town here and bragged about it because it's such a quaint spot, and from I remembered, always had a pleasant experience in the past. I apologized to them for it being such a disappointing experience.

I would not recommend dining-in if you don't want to be disappointed. Maybe ordering to-go may be the better option. The appearance of the dining room and wait staff concerned me. And why would they lose their...

If you have ever had one of those rough mornings where things just don't seem to go right, but you're hungry and craving breakfast then I would recommend Daisy Dukes. When you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff that make you feel welcome. The wait to be seated only took a few minutes. Waiting for a server took a little longer, but the joy of coffee helped subside my impatience. A server comes around every so often with a fresh pot of freshly brewed coffee to refill your empty cup. Coffee only lasts so long though when you have begun developing an immunity to the caffeine after long nights of studying in the dorm. Waiting to order our food seemed like it took forever, but the wait to order was not that long as we sat at the table for at least 30 minutes before we received our food. I ordered the 2 egg anyway breakfast where I ordered 2 eggs over medium, grits, bacon, toast, and pancakes. Once I received my food after a long wait I dipped my spoon in the creamy grits and my mood immediately changed as the grits, hands down, are the best grits I have ever eaten. The grits are creamy, buttery, and very flavorful. I usually mix my grits with the yolk of my eggs. The pancake though makes you regret ever eating ihops pancakes. The pancakes make you feel like you are eating grandma's favorite secret recipe. The pancakes had a taste as if they were made from scratch, flavorful, and just the right amount of crispy. I would say whoever was in the kitchen cooking is a very good chef. I would also say the quality and flavor of the food make the wait definitely worth it. Lastly, definitely check out Daisy Dukes , but make sure it's on a day that you don't really have plans and have an...

We live close by so we come at least 3-4 times per month, never had an issue until today. We came in on New Years Day, we immediately noticed it was busier than usual, I've never seen it this busy. About 30 minutes after placing our orders we started noticing no one around us was eating, nobody had food at their tables. We continued to wait because we understand it's a holiday and it was busy. We waited about 30 more minutes with still no food coming out to us or anyone else. After about an hour and 20mins some people left , some food started coming out but large tables were only getting a couple plates while everyone else at their table just sat there with nothing. Several orders were messed up. Many people got upset and cancelled their orders all together. When we finally got our food we were missing items, we figured they would bring it out when it was ready, but then the waitress brought the check. We explained we were still missing items , she went and brought one more thing but we were still waiting on something else. She told us they were backed up and it would be awhile for our hashbrowns, we had finished eating all our other food so we asked to just have it taken off our check. Waited over an hour and a half for two breakfast sandwiches and a kids pancake. I just wish when they realized how backed up they were they would've notified customers as they sat down how long of a wait it would be. We would've left right then. People kept rolling in and they continued taking orders knowing none of the people currently in there had received their food. Extremely...

This restaurant is quiet and small so you could very well pass it by. I'm here to warn you that if you do you are missing out on something wonderful! The first day we went oh, yes the first day our server Alicia greeted us and smiled when I asked what was in the picture that I showed her from Google photos, she said "Oh that's the Bananas Foster French toast. It's really good" So of course I went with that and the fried green tomatoes and she smiled again. Completely unprompted she also bought out a French roll and honey butter. It was so good so so good. The honey butter is amazing. Try it on the biscuits ppl. The Bananas Foster French toast should be on their sign. It's so unique and delicious. It's literally French bread with a banana Foster puree magically wedged into it somehow and the bananas Foster's sauce in the bottom of the bowl. I am not the biggest fan of bananas but this was a masterpiece. The fried green tomatoes were the best I've ever had as well, insanely flavorful with a light but crunchy fry! Please don't look at them as footnote because they really do deserve their own praise! Me and hubby were beyond pleased. The migas omelet is also a winner!

We had to build our own Ecuadorian Breakfasts, all the ingredients came separately, I asked for no chorizo and still got it, but no Pico, which is a main ingredient for this dish. Also, I’m allergic to Avocados and they still put avocados, and it was touching the cheese and the container that all the food was in! I ordered biscuits and gravy below you’ll see that it was also “builds your own” and by the way the biscuits were horrible!!! Tasted like they put sugar in them! I used to love the food here, but this takes the cake! I also used to work there, clearly the owner should just sell, because he can’t run the place! Like my husband said “it’s sad when IHOP is out doing the local breakfast joint”…. NEVER AGAIN! Like I said I used to work there, take my advice DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, go to ihop or Denny’s…. He’s dragging the Daisy Dukes brand down!
