El Paso Tacos & Tequila — Restaurant in Louisiana

I am extremely happy to write this review and to give my highest recommendation to El Paso restaurant. This restaurant sets a high standard for its quality food and ensures that guests receive the same quality with every meal. High-quality ingredients and experienced kitchen staff have created a reputation within the first week of its opening. The serving staff understands guests' needs and works well with customers to ensure that guests receive their meal the way they ordered it every time. The staff was above average . I highly recommend and hope you guys too. I will keep coming here while in Louisiana , only few restaurants I have visited these past few days and this is by far the best one . Overall, I enjoyed my experience. 5 stars for sure...

First off I have been to several locations and have like everyone except this one. Worse experience order fijta trio and when I am telling you there was no meat. I did get 4 shrimp good thing cause the scraps of meat were the size of Peas and not too many. Talk to manager and show her the plate before eating. She was rude and said that this was there usual portions and prceded to walk away. I told her this was not el paso usual portions since I eaten at many locations. Management needs to learn how to listen to their customers we paid good money to actual eat food. Will never go this location again and warn others. I never leave reviews but just had to. We went there today, on Mother's Day. The place was empty, and that should've been a sign. They had no queso dip. We got the shredded chicken nachos, and it was literally chips, chicken, and a little bit of melted cheese. I was very disappointed In the food, there was zero flavor. Our waitress was great, she did explain that some of the items they ordered were not received. She even took some of the chips and had them melt a little cheese on it for the kids. It would've been very easy for them to go down to the grocery and get what's needed to make queso dip, Because I'm sure we were not the only ones who asked to order cheese dip.
