I’ve never had a worse experience with a hair salon. I called twice without anyone picking up the phone, left a voicemail, left a message on their Facebook page, and called once more only for them to put me on hold, talk about me as I could hear them say “the one who claimed we didn’t get back to her on Facebook”. They proceeded to tell me a stylist would call me back a few minutes later for scheduling. 2 hours later I received a text from Kristen who gave me her times available and was very stern about times. I explained I should be fine to get there in time, but wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be canceled if I was maybe a minute late. She stopped responding completely. One of the stylists said “who are you here to see?” No welcome in. When I told her I actually couldn’t remember, she asked if it was so and so. I again said I didn’t remember. She looked me up and down and said “Are you sure you’re in the right place?” I replied that I had made the appointment the day before for a manicure and she said “oh, you’re that one.
