Food Court at Delta Downs — Restaurant in Louisiana

I love everything about this place but can't seem to win at all The first time there I was even the last 4 times I lost my butt off for free comp rooms and I come all the way from Las Vegas I thought I was in Vegas after losing a grand the first night wow I thought I was supposed to win for my birthday which was the 28th of January but I guess I was wrong I do not like when they make you move to the other side of the casino when they say they have to do a update on the machines that sounds pretty scary 🤯😳 but it is what it is I have no complaints about the food I love all the food they serve the only thing is you have to play big or max bets to win big or go home a loser.......most of the time the card reader doesn't work so your out hundreds of dollars by the time you see it's not working 😔 so you don't know your not earning tier credits so yeah that was a waste of hundreds of dollars i use to go to lake Charles a lot I might try another casino that does give out money I mean I am a elite diamond player for the Caesar's casino and I also get free room I might try them next month because this place is tighter then when you walk and squeak at the same time so you might be losing me the horseshoe casino just minutes from you guys just saying loosen the machines or you will be getting people that will be going elsewhere because did you have a choice to go spend our money elsewhere...

The worst place I’ve been to in a while. Here are MY reasons why:

Service is trash, they don’t speak and will ignore you. Flys are everywhere, I’m pretty sure they are in the kitchen area as well. The menu is not cohesive to what you order. I literally ordered LOADED fries. It basically was overpriced chili cheese fries. They had no intention on adding the other items and when I asked. They told me they “ran out”. Asked for a refund and they took forever so I left with my unfinished item. Wasn’t able to get any information on who could help.

Order a bacon cheese burger. My burger had no bacon. When I took it back, the cook looked at his ticket for my order and rudely said the ticket says cheese burger. The girl at the counter when I asked said I rang you up for a cheese burger. No apology. Make sure you have your ask to have your order repeated back to you, or if they get it wrong, you get treated like you were wrong. I will never eat here again. I would rather drive somewhere else than waste my money here. Lesson learned. At least an apology would have helped. I guess customer service no longer exists or is not in the training here at...
