Izola's Place — Restaurant in Louisiana

Come hungry and you'll leave full. I had the ham and cheese omelette that came with hash browns and toast. It was quarter inch by quarter inch ham chunks mounded and mixed with cheese inside the omelette with more cheese melted over the top. So much food. And it tasted awesome. Be aware that it's cash or check only, and seating can be tight. There are 6 tables in a cinder block building that's maybe 150 sq ft. total. Had breakfast there this morning. Ham, scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast. In my advanced age I don't eat nearly as much as I used to. By the time I was half done I was full. However the food was so good I kept eating until it was all gone. The wife had a pulled pork sandwich and fries. I had a bite of hers and it was delicious also.
