Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Louisiana

This is a very reliable Fast food restaurant in our area ...Fast Restaurant altogether ... Although they do kinda like our other neighborhood Popeyes in our neighbor city across the bridge ... They are just a Lil behind on making some of their delivery 🚚 orders sometimes... Not all the time but sometimes and when it comes to us delivery people we have to let the process flow and not make a big deal out of it we just have to make sure that everybody knows and is in contact with each other because if not we get rated on bad service when it was the restaurant who started their order late but that's really the only complaint I have but most of them the Popeyes around us do do that especially when they're out of an item you know they'll have to like cook it or whatever if they sold out which I totally understood that.... Cuz they have had some pretty popular...

If I could give it less stars I would. Parked at the cash magic truck stop walked over to them in the rain because I'm in a 18 wheeler. Went inside and lady told me only drive through was open for some reason so I said ok is there a way I can order im in a big truck. She laughed and said that I can walk through the drive through to order...mind you its storming. I even asked if I can jus order from the little cover outside the lobby door and she laughed again and said no its not her problem.so I go look at door and says they do mobile order pickups so try that and app says they don't do them at that location. I don't normally like to leave bad reviews or call main office but because I'm now on my lunch with nothing else to do...

Went to order my kids food as we had been busy all day getting our oldest ready for homecoming, ordered 3 kids meals with chicken legs and was told they were running LOW on chicken legs and could give me thighs instead. Mind you the kids meals come with the option of a chicken leg or tender, not a thigh. The manager, Natalie refused to serve me the kids meals even though they were NOT OUT of chicken legs and were just running LOW. Since when do you hold onto product incase someone else comes when you have someone there willing to pay for it right then and there. Poor service, POOR MANAGEMENT. Went to Morgan city and had no issues ordering what I wanted and the staff...
