Here's a summary of my last drive-thru experience at this Popeye's. One of the two drive-thru lanes was non-functional, so I had to back up and go the other one. OK. I can live with that. After a while waiting at the speaker, the attendant comes on and says they are only taking cash. No credit cards. OK. An inconvenience, but not a problem. I carry a little cash and was only getting a spicy chicken sandwich. As I'm waiting to get to the window, there's a beggar leaning on the building and asking all the cars (now with window down) for spare change. They should not let him stay there. But fine. I gave him some spare change. When I finally get to the window, they guy tells me the price: $5 and something. I gave him a $10 and the exact change. It took about 3 minutes for him to come up with the $5 they owed me. Now I'm getting frustrated. I wait at the window for about another 15 minutes to finally get my sandwich. Now I'm in a hurry so I rush off and have to eat it in the car. First thing I notice is that it's a regular chicken and I ordered the spicy. I'm running too late so can't go back to get this fixed. But here's the nail in the coffin. I take a bite and the chicken is totally raw in the middle. I can't eat it and have to throw it away and don't have time to go back. I've never had so many thing go wrong at one restaurant visit. Now I'll never go back to this Popeye's. If I have to have that spicy chicken, I'll go to another location. But never back to this one. (Edit: I'm now at over 200 reviews and this is my only 1-star review.)
