Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

This place is woefully understaffed and understocked. This is the third time I've received poor service at this location.

I placed a mobile order that was to be ready at 12:50 (ordered at 12:25), when I arrived at 1:15 to pick up my order, they had not made any of it. I was made to wait to get my order, as they do not have the ability to refund or cancel orders when they cannot fulfill them. Then, at 1:35 my order was FINALLY ready, but the sandwiches were ALL made incorrectly. One had incorrect condiments, one had wrong veggies, and the third was missing ingredients. I finally left at 1:50 with all three sandwiches. There were no other customers in line ahead of me when I came into the store.

I was informed that the owner was attending a funeral, the manager was in Florida, and the staff here cannot help me at all.

Beware: they randomly close the drive through and will let you sit there without notice AT LUNCH TIME. They do not put out any signage to indicate when they are no longer taking drive-thru orders.

1/1/2020 I stopped by to see if they was open. The sign was lit but the parking lot was vacant. So first, I drove through the parking lot. Peeped inside. Nobody. I guess I was her only customer. I decided to go through drive through. I waited a good 6mins after I ordered. She didn’t even at least greet me with my drink for the wait. So I drove off to chic fil a. I sat in their long drive thru that moved pretty fast. My food was fresh and hot too. All that to say, don’t take advantage of drive thru because you think you can or since it’s on a slow holiday. Had I went inside, I would’ve been out within 1-2mins...

On Oct 25 went to the store at 6:55 p.m. The place was locked up. Sign said open till 9 p.m. There was a young girl on her phone behind the counter. Another two person drove up. While we were talking the young girl walked out of sight. The other persons tried thr drive up and she did not answer the window. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with location. The employees are always nice and caring.Just want the owner know that they have a employee who doesn't care...
