Rally's — Restaurant in Louisiana

Rallys at one point of my life was a great place to stop for a good and quick bite to eat. Nowadays it seems like this location has prioritized quick over good as long as they get your buck, they push the bags out the window no matter what it looks like. I understand I appear to be a tough critic on little places like these but these little places are mass food chains around the country. One of these little places affect your name equally to all. My order wasn't a complete loss as the fries were good. That burger though, it was supposed to be a Baconzilla. Avoid that because bread was super soggy, meat tasted freezer burnt, bacon tasted like it was fresh pulled from a pack at Winn-Dixie. Avoid Dat burger if thats what they are offering. That was terrible, again my fries were great. Drink was good too. Lady at window was super nice. Quality here in my opinion has went down tremendously. Havent been here in a while, burgers like that and I guess it will have to be not Rallys next time. For sure not this location. I visited this rallys restaurant and tried to make 3 separate orders and I was told by the cashier I was not able to so I said ok fine can I make split payment I was told yes so I proceeded to make two separate orders. Once i got to the window I asked the cashier to take 9.09 off one card and the remaining balance off of the next card. The cashier asked the general manager trench how to do that he then began to tell me that u can not do a split payment with two cards and that I would have to do cash and card only. So i asked him to just take one of the items off and i would pay separate he said I was trying to trick him into making 3 orders and began to get rude and tell me that if I wanted another order I would have to drive around because i was holding up his line. I was so upset i didn't even get the rest of my food. I know their is a way to do split payment with cards but for what ever reason he chose not too. Ordered the lemon pepper meal it cost like $9 something just for 6 wings a drink and fry first the lady gives me a tea when I ordered coke then she gives me boned wings I asked for boneless she fixed both I also ordered funnel cake fries they were nothing like the picture just soggy tasted like oil with little dried up sprinkles of I guess powdered sugar they told me they would bring out the wings with out the bone so they bring them out but had a little young guy bring them out I asked him for sauce since I forgot to ask the lady before I pull off he says okay then comes back out tells me I gotta pay for sauce I said shouldnt one sauce at least be free I have 6 wings he says okay yeah u should get a sauce as if the women told him i had to pay well he never came back out and not to mention the wings were hard and very dry no flavor can't even tell its lemon pepper what a waste of $13 never going to this place again 7/19/2019 at 5:44 pm...
