Enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Decorated beautifully inside and out, very inviting. Food was great! A few bad events at the end of our visit unfortunately changed our review: All kids in our party were offered color sheets and crayons which included the kids meals of $8.50. We noticed the regular menu had a much higher price ($10) listed for the kids meals. We asked our waitress why, and if there was any difference, she confirmed that there was no difference in the meals and the cheaper price on the color sheets was the correct pricing. We had a party of 13: 2 adult meals and 3 kids meals all arrived over 10 minutes after the first plates were delivered. At checkout we noticed discrepancies on the kids meals we ordered, the ticket was priced higher than we were promised, at $9.50 (but still not the price on the regular menus..?) we knew this was strange- we pointed it out to the waitress and she was able to fix one kids meal, but claimed the other one was just higher and still ringing up .50 cents less than on the regular menu.. (All prices were the same for ALL kids meals on both menus so this didn't make sense!) after I requested her fix it to match, she said she needed to get her manager, which is fine, as long it is corrected! We were all calm and patient about the issue. The manager came over and was NOT NICE about the issue from the first greeting. He immediately started stating that the meals were $10, they increased prices because of inflation, and the color sheets were old and they had printed so many (like 400) they aren't throwing them out so they will continue giving out the kids menus and without honoring the cheaper prices listed. At the end of the conversation we were able to finally get my ticket adjusted after explaining we had already checked prior to ordering and when I told the manger it was illegal to false advertising (or bait and switch) he got hateful and told me to 'SUE' him! And stormed off and never apologized or thanked us for any of our service at his...
Read moreGiving 1 star because the food was ok. Service was not good. They brought most of our food about an hour and a half after we were seated which was slightly warm. Couldn’t find our Waitress to let her know and they Said they would bring my sons right out. Didn’t bring chips with the guacamole dip, didn’t refill my drink until I asked a 2nd time and waited until everyone who got their food was almost done eating to tell us they were out of the ceviche and if my son wanted something else I wouldn’t be charged. When I tried to tell the waitress she ignored me and walked away. Waited another 30 minutes for shrimp tacos that we got a to go box for since everyone was done. Got the checks and I told the waitress what the manager had told us. She walked away then came right back and said we took the ceviche off and charged you for the tacos so you weren’t charged and I tried to tell her they were out and he said that I wouldn’t be charged for the meal my son got and she ignored me again. I’m not opposed to giving 20% tip if we actually got the service that was worth an almost $30 tip. Probably won’t ever go back wasn’t worth the rude...
Read moreService was terrible. Arrived at 6:15. Took 1 1/2 to get our food. Waitress was terrible. After 5 people at our table being without drinks for 20 minutes I finally went and got a hostess to find our waitress to get drinks. When our food finally came out the staff was goofing off instead of getting the food in front of us so we couldn't finally eat. We asked for no red sauce on our food. They must have forgot then scrapped it off and put cheese sauce over it, but you could clearly still see and taste the red sauce on the enchilada. I've been in the restaurant business, so for the 1 hour we were there, I tried to be patient, but after 2 hours I had enough! Absolutely unacceptable service in front and back the house. (Restaurant lingo) we will not make that drive again for that...
