Snoman Snoballs — Restaurant in Louisiana

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this review but here it is. Came to this snowball stand for the first time, because they are one of the only snowballs still serving during October. However, now I understand why the lines are never typically that long. The customer service is quite questionable. Besides the horrendous prices, your service will also come with non other than.. ATTITUDE. The gentleman at the window was very polite, took my order and did so with a smile. However, when I received my snowball, it was dripping all over the place. I got to my car and tried to eat some down but it continued to spill even more. I went back to the window to ask if I could have a cup, so that I could dump some of the snowball but was told my another crew member that they would have to charge me for the cup.. even though he watched it spill all over. He instead said.. how about I just make you another one. I didn’t understand how that would make any sense because essentially you’d be using more supplies and you just explained that you would need to charge me for another cup due to inflation I’ll assume. I told him that it would be fine to make me another one; no worries. But GUESS WHAT.. when he made me another one, he used a NEW CUP! And not only that.. he kept the other snowball that I’d started eating off of to enjoy for himself. COMICAL AT BEST. Don’t go there. Go...

Like that their ice is very fine. I have to order just sugar free flavors, I think I ordered the wrong combination. I didn't have strawberry and half grape. The great was way too sweet and artificial tasting. I will have to go back and try some other sugar-free flavors to see if I'll find one that I really like. For those who can have regular snowballs, they have a beautiful selection of flavors as well as add-ins like ice cream and cheesecake in your snowball which is quite decadent.
