I am writing this review on my phone those heroes performed miraculous life saving surgery on after it suffered alcohol poisoning in a St. Pattys disaster and had to get it circuits pumped. For real they absolutely saved us from total disaster- my phone got dropped in a thick sticky brew at the parade and I thought it was totally cooked was freaking out. Just wanted to be able to save somewhat of the harddrive for the sentimental stuff off of it. They managed to be able to save the entire phone- they had to do a lot of work on it- more than any of us were expecting I think cause it was just -gunked- from that accide t but we were so lucky they took us right away and managed to get us out of there same day on a holiday weekend cause we were out of towners. They were so kind, so cool, great customer service, great atmosphere. The price was absolutely good and fair and totally agreeable - as someone who has gone to multiple electronic repair places in my own area like they are more than fair with their price services. Like I literally could not be happier- my device is working great - everything was recovered, they gave us realistic expectations just in case based on a first look of what may and may not be possible but we got very lucky and with their deft, dedicated and skilled handy work I got a best possible outcome and yeah Im feeling very lucky and thankful and could not recommend...
Read moreSo this place was a 45 minute drive from me and was well worth it! I called around looking for a rather inexpensive and fast place to have my Xbox Series X hdmi port repaired/replaced. Other places were telling me it would be around 240$ and take about 2-3 weeks. Red stick had told me it would be 159.99 and be anywhere between 24-48 hours if everything goes to plan. I dropped my console off about 20 minutes before they closed and they got me in the system without me feeling rushed and ran out. I got an email ticket about my product being registered and a time expectation. I waited 48 hours and had heard nothing so I gave them a call. They very vastly told me that the parts had not came in yet and were doing everything they could to get it done. The guy whose name I think is Jordan told me to call Later that night so I did and he said it would be done the next day around noon. I called at noon and he said the owner the previous night had stayed later after close to finish my product. Since I was a 45 min drive out he told me he would call me when it was completly done to pick up. Overall a great experience with an electronic store with friendly staff , inexpensive prices, and great communication. Would highly recommend. Only recommendation would be to give a update call if it takes more than the...
Read moreI used Red Stick Electronics to repair my iPhone 13 Pro screen.
Yes, I opted for the No Warranty ($155) product screen rather than Higher Quality ($265) screen due to price increase. First thing that wasn't conveyed was that the part is not a recognized iPhone component, which I decided I could live with.
Anyways, less than 12 hours after the new screen was installed, there is some pixel problems on the screen already. Obviously proving that the purchased component was defective. I called the next day (still less than 24 hours after repair) to convey the defective component that I was sold for $155+. They said that it was under no warranty and they couldn't do anything except upgrade me to the Higher Quality, further costing me. They gave me no other option on how to fix the defective product that I was sold, whether it was reinstalling another component of same "No Warranty" caliber. Based on the hiccups, I have had with this store, I would highly encourage you to really understand what they are selling you because they could sell you a defective product and not be on the hook for it, regardless of how soon it is showing...
